We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram Haryana only.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fee once paid is non refundable. Only Caution Money is refundable after clearance of all dues. Refund requests must be made within 3 months of withdrawal.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon submitting duly filled and signed Security Refund form and original Security Deposit receipt.
